Unilever is hiring for a Shift Manager - Foods at the Lahore – Foods Factory. The role sits within the Procurement function and reports to the Operations Manager. Local scope with full-time terms and conditions.

You will plan floor operations to meet targets, manage labor, supervise stock and ensure safety compliance while driving TPM/HACCP practices and continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Formación

• BSc. Engineering is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in Operations/Production in FMCG or Manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Plan making and packing operations on the floor to meet shift targets in volume, quality, and safety.
• Receive chemical and packaging materials.
• Organize and control labor for operations in terms of numbers and skills.
• Monitor material consumption and yield; reduce waste levels.
• Reduce material variance by optimal use of chemicals and packaging.
• Supervise weekly/monthly stock count and shop floor transactions.
• Ensure workers wear PPE and comply with safety, health and environmental rules.
• Drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor.
• Support implementation of TPM, HACCP, and audit recommendations.
• Identify skill gaps and organize training for workers.
• Continuously improve operations by identifying process development opportunities.
