Job summary

Shan Foods Private Limited in Lahore, Punjab, is seeking a Senior Factory Manager to lead the factory team, oversee production, maintenance and engineering services, and ensure end-to-end processing aligns with AOP and S&OP goals.

You will implement a flexible plant organization, drive lean manufacturing, improve OEE, control costs and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and building a capable succession for key roles while delivering customer-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10–15 years in Food/CPG/FMCG industries.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing management including maintenance.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma and GMP standards.
• Knowledge of GMP, OSHA, EPA regulations in food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the company’s operations strategy into a factory operations plan, to be implemented with a drive for productivity, quality and HSE standards.
• Execute production plans on time, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting targets with a zero-loss mindset.
• Drive a continuous improvement culture to deliver targets on OEE, costs, waste and plan conformance.
• Allocate resources to facilitate production and maintenance activities.
• Lead site loss analysis to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Efficiently maintain and utilize resources incl. people, budgets and assets.
• Ensure compliance with Labour laws, HSE, product safety, and utilities regulations.
• Support training activities for production staff (technical, quality).
• Maintain a professional, well-motivated team and plan for succession of key positions.
• As an Operations Leadership Team member, contribute to overall function strategy.
• Lead quality, EH&S and productivity initiatives through innovation.
