Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to help an FMCG leader in Gujranwala streamline sales operations, coordinating sales operations, processing orders, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring smooth communication between sales and logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2–3 years in FMCG, strong MS Excel skills, SAP knowledge, and solid reporting abilities to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with sales databases and software.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and process customer-wise sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily sales orders.
• Liaise with the sales team to resolve operational queries and support daily activities.
• Maintain customer-wise ledgers and ensure accurate sales records.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Perform sales analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
• Update and maintain the sales database with accuracy.
• Assist the Zonal Operations Manager in managing day-to-day sales operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
