People Perfect is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Sahiwal to join a leading FMCG organization. You will coordinate sales operations, process customer orders, maintain sales records, and ensure smooth communication between sales and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and 2–3 years of FMCG sales coordination experience, including proficiency in Excel and SAP. Excellent coordination and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• 2–3 years of FMCG sales coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with sales databases and software.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and process customer-wise sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing and dispatch of daily sales orders.
• Liaise with the sales team to resolve operational queries and support daily activities.
• Maintain customer-wise ledgers and ensure accurate sales records.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Perform sales analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
• Update and maintain the sales database with accuracy.
• Assist the Zonal Operations Manager in managing day-to-day sales operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
