Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Medical, Pharmacy, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as Training Manager or in a similar corporate training role.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and soft skills training to the sales force to improve performance.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for Medical Sales Representatives and District Managers.
• Deliver induction and Sales Training Programs for new MSRs.
• Organize and implement training programs to enhance field force performance.
• Provide on-the-job coaching to District Managers and field staff.
• Conduct sales force certification and post-training evaluations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business Operations on training-related projects.
• Update and upgrade training content for assigned portfolios regularly.
• Track and report monthly training KPIs and training outcomes.
