Job summary

Smollan in Pakistan is seeking a Field Trainer to build the capabilities of nationwide field staff in the FMCG Non-Food category. You will design and deliver training across classroom, online, and on-ground formats, and conduct regular Training Needs Analyses to continuously improve on-field performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has FMCG non-food experience, and demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills to train Merchandisers and Brand Ambassadors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• FMCG Non-Food experience required.
• Proven experience in Classroom, Online & E-Learning and on ground field training
