Responsibilities

• Seller Pickup Optimization: Map and schedule efficient daily pickup routes targeting high-volume seller clusters (e.g., Shah Alam Market, Hafeez Center, Hall Road, and industrial zones).
• Capacity Planning: Dynamically adjust the fleet size and vehicle types (loading vans vs. bikes) based on daily seller pending order volumes.
• SLA Enforcement: Ensure the dispatch team adheres to the agreed pickup windows, preventing delays in getting stock to the central sorting hub.
• Seller Relationship Management: Serve as the logistics escalation point for major Lahore sellers regarding delayed pickups, vehicle availability, or package handoff disputes.
• Fulfillment Sorting Handoff: Coordinate seamlessly with the receiving team at the main Lahore sorting center to ensure inbound fleet arrivals do not cause dock congestion.
• First-Mile Compliance: Enforce accurate electronic scanning (manifesting) of packages at the seller's location to maintain real-time tracking visibility.
