You will lead product strategy, analyze data, conduct market and user research, and drive cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, design, and operations.

The role requires 3–6 years in product management, fintech exposure preferred, and strong skills in Agile, backlog prioritization, and KPI‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product management experience in FinTech or related fields.
• Strong hands‑on experience in product analysis, discovery, and requirement validation.
• Proven ability to design research, run surveys, interviews, and competitive analyses.
• Ability to translate research into clear product recommendations and business cases.
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and cross‑functional delivery.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and collaborative work with tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product research, market analysis, and user research to identify customer needs.
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Own and manage the product roadmap; prioritize features by value and impact.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate backlog refinement with engineering and design.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous product improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and compliance.
