Qualifications

We are looking for a Product Manager who can combine strong product ownership with data-driven research and product analysis to build solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager who can take ownership of products from research and discovery through development, launch, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Product Analysis, Market Research, User Research, and Product Discovery. Before proposing a new feature or module, the candidate should be able to conduct structured research, analyze customer/business needs, assess market opportunities, and build a clear business case for why the feature should be developed. The Product Manager will also be responsible for product roadmap management, stakeholder coordination, Scrum/Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and leading cross-functional product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed product and market research to identify customer needs, market gaps, and business opportunities.
• Design and conduct customer surveys, interviews, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to validate product ideas.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to determine whether a proposed feature or module is genuinely required.
• Prepare business cases, product proposals, and research-backed recommendations for new features and product enhancements.
• Define clear objectives, expected business impact, KPIs, and success criteria before initiating product development.
• Continuously analyze product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own and manage the product roadmap in alignment with organizational and business objectives.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, cost, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Lead products throughout the complete lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and optimization.

Scrum & Agile Delivery

• Lead and facilitate key Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business priorities and validated customer needs.
• Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and product documentation are clearly defined.
• Monitor sprint progress, identify blockers, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.

Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor product KPIs, user behavior, adoption, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Use data and customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate whether new features are achieving their intended objectives.
• Drive continuous experimentation, optimization, and enhancement of existing products.

Key Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Product Development, or a similar role.
• FinTech / Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong and mandatory hands‑on experience in Product Analysis and Product Discovery.
• Proven experience conducting customer surveys, market research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and requirement validation.
• Strong ability to convert research and data into clear product recommendations and business cases.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and product requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross‑functional technology teams.
• Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and coordinating product delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of product KPIs, analytics, user behavior, and data‑driven product development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on FinTech, payments, lending, digital banking, wallets, financial platforms, or embedded finance products.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, product analytics, BI tools, and prototyping/wireframing tools.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, software development lifecycle, and technical product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering teams in a high‑growth technology environment.
