Job summary

Paismo is a fast-moving HR tech/fintech startup hiring a Product Manager for our onsite team in Lahore, Pakistan. You will own the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive products from discovery to launch, working with an international team and customers across markets.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and support to gather requirements, develop specs, and measure impact using data-driven insights. This role emphasizes user research and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or Engineering.
• 1–2 years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background with SaaS/fintech exposure.
• Ability to write clear technical requirements with engineering teams.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data tools.
• Knowledge of fintech regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for SaaS/fintech products.
• Gather and prioritize requirements with engineering, design, marketing, and support.
• Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
• Champion user-centered design and conduct user research.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to improve features.
• Monitor KPIs like engagement and retention; propose optimizations.
• Develop go-to-market plans and enable sales with collateral.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with business goals.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders for validation and iteration.
