Job summary

PostEx, a FinTech and logistics innovator, seeks a Product Manager to own products from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization. You will conduct structured research, validate ideas with customers, and build business cases to justify new features and enhancements.

The role requires strong product analysis, market and user research, and backlog prioritization, along with leading cross-functional agile initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, or similar role.
• FinTech / Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in Product Analysis and Product Discovery.
• Proven experience conducting customer surveys, market research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and requirement validation.
• Strong ability to convert research and data into clear product recommendations and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap in alignment with objectives.
• Translate requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, cost, and priorities.
• Lead Scrum/Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven product improvements.
