Job summary

Trade W is seeking an Account Manager to support clients using our online trading platform from Pakistan. You will handle account-related queries, platform navigation, and issue resolution while maintaining high service quality and policy compliance.

Key duties include assisting with account opening, KYC, login issues, and profile updates, plus providing trading-related support and guidance on mobile apps. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Experience in customer service, fintech, broking or trading platforms.
• Basic understanding of financial markets (equity, derivatives, funds).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across shifts including market hours.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and ticketing systems.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC, login issues, and profile updates.
• Provide support for trading-related queries (order placement, status, margins, etc.).
• Guide customers on platform and mobile applications.
• Resolve complaints and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Meet defined service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
