Premier LLC is seeking a Value Realization / ROI Analyst to quantify business value from AI initiatives. You will measure ROI, track outcomes, and develop data-driven recommendations across Finance, AI, and Product teams.

The role welcomes candidates from SaaS, software, finance, and consulting backgrounds with a focus on translating investments into measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate to validate assumptions, establish KPIs, and build dashboards that communicate realized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, business analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in ROI analysis, financial modeling, business case development, or value realization.
• Experience in SaaS/software/tech or digital transformation industries.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate tech investments into measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; BI/reporting tools are an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/automation and understanding of potential business impact.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Value Realization / ROI Analyst to measure and validate the business value of our AI initiatives. The role will focus on evaluating technology investments, quantifying ROI, defining performance metrics, and tracking business outcomes from the initial business case through implementation and deployment.

You will collaborate with Finance, AI, Product, and business stakeholders to validate assumptions, measure realized benefits and provide data-driven recommendations on whether initiatives should be continued, scaled, reprioritized, or adjusted.

We welcome candidates from SaaS, software, financial analysis, and business consulting backgrounds. Direct AI experience is beneficial, but the ability to translate technology investments into measurable business outcomes is the key requirement.

Key Responsibilities
