Job summary

Har Aik Global Associates LLP is seeking a Financial Account Executive to manage client relationships, perform financial analysis, and drive business growth within our finance and investment client base. The role requires strong communication, data-driven reporting, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.

The successful candidate will work closely with compliance and risk teams, onboarding new clients, and identifying upsell opportunities across banking and FinTech domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial account management, asset management, banking, or FinTech preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, reporting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with data, analyze trends, and prepare structured financial reports.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned financial accounts and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
• Conduct financial analysis, prepare account reports, and present insights to clients.
• Support clients in understanding investment products, financial statements, and account activities.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and finance teams to meet regulatory and reporting standards.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and reviewing documentation for accuracy.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and portfolio performance.
• Track revenue, profitability, and account growth metrics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
