Job summary

Har Aik Global Associates is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business partnering.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of relevant experience, capable of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with strong governance and stakeholder management. Exposure to international financial institutions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with professional certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance leadership.
• Exposure to international financial institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and profitability improvement
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Oversee statutory audits and regulatory requirements
• Develop financial models to support business expansion and new market entry
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
