Har Aik Global Associates is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the management team in delivering high-quality professional services, managing client engagements and ensuring timely completion of assignments. The role requires CA/ACCA qualification with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Big 4 or reputable professional services firm.

Strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and excellent time management are essential.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA qualification is required.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, audit, tax, advisory or similar.
• Big 4 or reputable firm experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned client engagements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
• Review work for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Assist managers/partners in planning, budgeting and monitoring engagement progress.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations and other client deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely response to requirements.
• Contribute to business development and firm initiatives.
