Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a competent and dedicated Senior Associate for our Financial Advisory Services (FAS) Department in Karachi. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience and can lead engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality financial advisory and compliance solutions.

The role involves supervising reconciliations, implementing ERP optimizations, and guiding junior staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in audit, advisory, or financial consulting.
• ACCA (≥10 papers cleared) or ACMA/CA (Finalist or qualified) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Supervise account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and implement resolution strategies.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial operations.
• Plan and execute internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory frameworks.
• Serve as a key liaison with clients, offering strategic financial and compliance advice.
• Guide and train junior team members, promoting best practices in financial process improvement and internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for value-added services.
