Job summary

CureMD in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Finance team, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial guidance in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will oversee accounting, budgeting, taxation, and audits, mentor a high-performing team, and implement policies to improve efficiency. On-site hybrid work with a focus on integrity and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• CA Finalist preferred
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of leading high-performance finance and accounting teams
• Expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis including taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control
• Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI
• Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance
• Ability to work on-site during hybrid shift timings (12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST)

• Oversee daily operations of the finance department including accounting, reporting, and analysis
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to standards
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
• Lead and mentor the finance team promoting accountability and integrity
• Identify and resolve financial issues with stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial policies and controls to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support internal and external audits
• Demonstrate accountability and integrity in financial practices
