Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or working toward one).
• 0-1 years of experience in finance and accounting is acceptable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency with accounting software, especially QuickBooks, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cross-verifying quotations from vendors against market rates.
• Coordinating with procurement for cost optimizations.
• Conducting periodic stock counts and maintaining inventory records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports aligned with standards.
• Maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and support procurement processes.
• Collaborate with auditors to support audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage petty cash and daily minor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Uphold integrity and accuracy in financial activities and reporting.
