Qualifications

  • CA Finalist; CA Qualified will be preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performance finance and accounting teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control.
  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.
  • Strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance.
  • Ability to work on-site during hybrid-shift timings (12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
