CureMD is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain robust internal controls. The role requires proactive leadership, strong problem-solving, unwavering integrity, and meticulous data management.

You will drive policy development, collaborate across functions, and support audits while building a high-performing finance team in a dynamic healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• CA finalist status or CA qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT-based finance experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of leading high-performance finance and accounting teams.
• Expertise in taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
• Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams for decisions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to foster accountability and growth.
• Identify and resolve financial issues with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support audits with timely, accurate processes.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical financial practices; strong communication.
