Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team of two members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and professional development.
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure full compliance with taxation laws and prepare accurate tax filings in accordance with current regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and prepare detailed regulatory reports, ensuring adherence to all financial regulations and internal policies.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgeting and financial projections; analyze variances and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Manage treasury activities including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and investment decision-making to optimize financial resources.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit completion and implement recommended improvements.
• Review and improve financial policies and procedures to increase efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic business decisions.
