AXEON in Rawalpindi seeks a confident Final Expense Senior Self Closer to manage the full sales cycle from lead to policy. You will connect with senior clients, explain plans clearly, and close independently while earning daily, weekly and monthly bonuses plus high commissions.

Onsite role with night shifts (US hours), we provide quality leads and a fast growth path. Prior Final Expense or US insurance self-closer experience, excellent English, strong closing and objection-handling skills are

Role Summary:

We are seeking a confident and result-driven Final Expense Senior Self Closer to manage the complete sales cycle, from the first call to closing and application submission. The role is responsible for connecting with senior clients, explaining Final Expense plans clearly and honestly, and closing policies independently, while earning daily, weekly and monthly bonuses on top of high commissions.

Role Description

• Manage the complete sales cycle independently as a self closer.
• Call and engage with warm leads and senior citizens interested in Final Expense insurance.
• Explain plans, coverage options, premiums and benefits in a clear, simple and honest way.
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the most suitable coverage.
• Handle objections with patience, empathy and confidence.
• Close sales and complete applications accurately and on time.
• Follow up with leads and clients regarding pending applications and decisions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead and internal departments for support and sales updates.
• Perform any other sales-related responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Final Expense, Life Insurance or US Insurance Self Closer is strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, warm and confident tone.
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Patience and empathy when speaking with senior citizens.
• Good understanding of the US insurance sales process and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM and dialer software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined.
• Strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with the Team Lead and management.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).
