AXEON is hiring a Final Expense Senior Self Closer in Rawalpindi for an onsite role. You will own the complete sales cycle from first contact to close, earning strong commissions and daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.

You will work the US shift (night hours), engage warm leads, explain plans clearly, and help seniors secure Final Expense coverage while growing with leadership opportunities and fast-track rewards.

Competenze

• Experience in Final Expense, Life Insurance or US Insurance Self Closer preferred.
• Excellent English communication with a clear, warm and confident tone.
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Final Expense Senior Self Closer to own the complete sales cycle, from the first call through closing and application submission. You will connect with senior clients, explain Final Expense plans clearly and honestly, and close policies on your own, earning daily, weekly and monthly bonuses on top of high commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle independently as a self closer
• Call and engage warm leads and senior citizens interested in Final Expense insurance
• Explain plans, coverage options, premiums and benefits in a clear, simple and honest way
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the most suitable coverage
• Handle objections with patience, empathy and confidence
• Close sales and complete applications accurately and on time
• Follow up on pending applications and client decisions
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Follow company policies and insurance compliance guidelines at all times
• Keep all client and company information strictly confidential
• Coordinate with the Team Lead and internal departments for support and sales updates
• Take on other sales-related duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Experience as a Final Expense, Life Insurance or US Insurance Self Closer strongly preferred
• Excellent English communication with a clear, warm and confident tone
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Patience and empathy when speaking with senior citizens
• Good understanding of the US insurance sales process and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with CRM and dialer software
• Self-motivated, target-driven and disciplined
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while coordinating well with the Team Lead and management
• Willing to work night shifts (US hours)
