Job summary

AXEON is seeking a self-motivated Final Expense Self-Closer to manage the sales process from the first customer conversation through a completed application. This on-site role in Rawalpindi requires a disciplined closer who can follow campaign procedures and consistently work toward sales and quality goals.

You will work independently, speak with prospects, handle objections, and ensure accurate applications.

This role is suited to a disciplined closer who can manage their time, follow campaign procedures, and consistently work toward sales and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned Final Expense sales process independently and professionally.
• Speak with prospects, identify their needs, and explain relevant policy options in simple language.
• Handle questions and objections while keeping the conversation customer-focused and accurate.
• Complete eligible applications independently, ensuring all required information is correct.
• Follow approved scripts, verification steps, and compliance requirements throughout the call.
• Keep accurate records of sales activity, application outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Meet agreed individual targets for sales, quality, and attendance.
• Raise system, application, or customer issues with the appropriate team member when needed.

Requirements

• Previous Final Expense closing experience is preferred; proven independent sales performance is an advantage.
• Good spoken English, active listening, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay focused, and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with handling objections and guiding customers through an application.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn campaign software and CRM tools.
• Reliable attendance, a professional attitude, and commitment to compliance.
