Job summary

Veyron LLC is seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives for its Final Expense campaign in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. This on-site role targets high performance with outbound calling and closing skills.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in sales, proven Final Expense closing experience, and excellent spoken English to engage U.S. prospects. You will work Monday to Friday with evening shifts and competitive commission.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of sales experience.
• Final Expense closing experience mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle objections.
• Experience in U.S. outbound sales, life insurance, telesales, or call center sales.
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls for the Final Expense campaign.
• Engage prospects professionally over the phone.
• Qualify leads and convert to sales.
• Handle objections with strong closing techniques.
• Follow scripts, processes and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain call activity to meet daily/monthly targets.
• Update CRM with customer information and outcomes.
• Maintain professionalism and productivity during shifts.
