Qualifications

• 1–2 years outbound sales/closer experience in insurance, Final Expense, Medicare or related tele-sales.
• Proven outbound sales closing experience with demonstrated conversion results.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to qualified prospects and present Final Expense plan options.
• Close sales by addressing objections, explaining benefits, and guiding enrollment steps.
• Verify prospect information and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate notes and sales records; submit daily reports to supervisors.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Participate in training, role-plays and QA reviews to improve conversion and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate issues to management as needed.
