Job summary

Relief International is seeking a Field Supply Chain and Operations Officer to support field office operations in Swabi, Pakistan. You will manage procurement, assets, transport, and IT, supervising field staff and ensuring RI standards and local regulations are met.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain, a relevant degree, and strong English, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to maintain efficient logistics in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management including procurement, administration transport, warehouse, and stock management.
• A 4-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in managing Office/Project startup/closeouts.
• Solid knowledge of practical Supply Chain procedures and maintaining supply pipelines in areas with weak infrastructure.
• Excellent IT skills; strong computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: assist in procurement proceedings and RFQ preparation.
• Procurement tracking and filing to ensure completeness.
• Assets and Inventories: maintain asset registers and conduct periodic checks.
• Transport, Travel & Fleet: manage vehicle fleets and cost-efficient transport.
• Staff Management: supervise cooks, cleaners, guards and drivers.
• Administration / Facilities management: oversee reception and storeroom.
• IT – Information Technology: install, configure and maintain hardware/software/networks.
• Other: liaise with government/UN and support RI operations; ensure safeguarding policies.
