Job summary

International Rescue Committee seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to support procurement, inventory management and field operations across KP districts. The role requires coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred in SCM, logistics, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or fleet management.
• Experience with procurement policies, donor compliance and documentation standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic office applications; ability to analyze records.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory records, asset tracking, warehousing and distribution support.
• Support field operations across multiple districts, including travel as required.
• Ensure compliance with donor policies and project reporting requirements.
