About the position:

The International Rescue Committee is initiating a Protection focused project in five districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa funded by IOM. The initial duration of the project is 6.5 months with possible further extension. The project works toward one overarching outcome: improved access to legal support, case management, and community‑based protection services, alongside stronger community structures to prevent and respond to protection risks. Four outputs deliver this: community‑based protection mechanisms that expand awareness and access to services; case management and referral pathways for at‑risk individuals; legal services, including counsel and representation; and a protection monitoring framework to systematically capture and track protection risks.

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelors, Master's degree will be advantaged in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing and/or fleet management, preferably with an international NGO or development organization.
• Practical experience in procurement processes, vendor coordination, inventory management, asset tracking, warehousing and distribution.
• Experience supporting field operations across multiple districts or geographically dispersed locations.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, donor compliance requirements and documentation standards.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and other standard office applications; ability to maintain and analyze inventory and procurement records.
• Experience of working in KP particularly target districts will be preferred.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational, coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills, and self‑initiative abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team supervision skills.
• Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to project districts.
• Commitment to IRC's Code of Conduct, safeguarding, PSEA, fraud prevention and other organizational policies.
• Familiarity with the target districts dynamics including culture, administration, health systems and local development stakeholders will be an advantage.
