This is a 100% field-based role (no work-from-home). You will visit markets, shops, restaurants, salons, and other businesses to introduce Nenow, generate leads, onboard customers, and achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Job Description:

Job Overview

NENOW is looking for confident, energetic, and result-oriented Female Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

This is a 100% field-based sales position. It is NOT a work-from-home job.

The selected candidates will be required to visit markets, commercial areas, shops, restaurants, salons, boutiques, retailers, service businesses, and other potential clients shop by shop to introduce NENOW, explain our services, generate leads, and onboard new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets and commercial areas on a daily basis.
• Approach potential clients directly by visiting businesses shop by shop.
• Introduce NENOW and explain its products, services, and business solutions.
• Identify business owners and decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
• Demonstrate how NENOW can help businesses improve their online presence, sales, operations, and customer management.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into paying customers.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build professional relationships with merchants and business owners.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding daily field activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer onboarding and support.

Important Job Requirement

This is a FIELD JOB.

Candidates must be comfortable:

• Traveling within assigned areas of Lahore.
• Visiting shops and businesses personally.
• Meeting new business owners every day.
• Conducting face-to-face sales meetings.
• Working in markets and commercial areas.
• Achieving performance-based sales targets.

There is no work-from-home option for this position.
