Navigator HR Consulting Solutions in Lahore is seeking a Field Sales Executive to promote our mobile application, visit shops, and drive registrations. This full-time role is onsite in Bahria Town, Lahore with a 11 AM–7 PM schedule and a PKR 40,000 monthly salary plus fuel allowance.

You will build client relationships, meet sales targets, and gather market feedback while working in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field sales experience.
• Based in Bahria Town, Lahore or nearby areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for frequent field visits.
• Comfortable with target-driven environment.

Position: Field Sales Executive - Onsite

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (or nearby areas)

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 11 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday

Salary: PKR 40,000 per month + Fuel Allowance

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote our mobile application in the market. The selected candidate will visit shops, stores, and businesses, introduce the app, assist with installation, educate clients about product features, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned shops, stores, and commercial areas daily.
• Introduce and demonstrate the company's mobile application.
• Assist customers with app installation and registration.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
• Must be based in Bahria Town, Lahore, or nearby areas.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits and client interactions.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and technology.
