Job summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned targets for sales and regular collection.
• Conduct marketing activities to identify new sources of business.
• Handle customer queries, build relationships and develop brand value.
• Coordinate with Operations and Collection for onboarding and servicing.
• Conduct physical verification of customer's residence/asset and take photos.
• Prepare basic CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) and reference checks.
• Visit customers for first FI and accompany seniors for visits.
• Ensure documentation for disbursement and compliance with policies.
• Maintain portfolio health by addressing delinquency with the team.
• Submit daily MIS and sourcing data to reporting authority.
