Job summary

Blink Co Technologies in Islamabad is seeking a POS Implementation Specialist to deploy Blink POS at client sites. This field-based role focuses on hands-on installation, configuration, and ensuring seamless in-store experiences.

You will train store teams, troubleshoot on-site issues, and coordinate with product and support teams to deliver successful go-lives while traveling across assigned cities/regions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware/software experience in POS environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and configurations.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel across cities/regions.
• Experience in IT support or field operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware including terminals, printers, scanners.
• Set up and customize Blink POS software per client requirements.
• Train store teams on system usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure readiness.
• Support go-live processes and coordinate with product and support teams.
• Act as Blink's on-site representative and coordinate with stakeholders.
