Qualifications

• Technical aptitude for hardware/software set-ups.

• Willingness to travel within city/region for deployments.
• Experience in POS, IT support, or field operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure POS hardware (terminals, printers, scanners).
• Set up Blink POS software for clients across sites.
• Train store teams on system usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate with support and product teams for escalations.
• Ensure successful client go-lives and handovers.
