Job summary

JazzWorld in Islamabad seeks a Team Lead Field Operations to oversee end-to-end site operations within the Micro Business Unit. You will coordinate across O&M, vendors, Sales and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain network performance.

You will manage preventive/corrective maintenance, monitor KPIs for 2G/3G/4G, and drive timely resolution of customer concerns. The role requires leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom Operations & Maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical expertise in BSS, Transmission and Power systems and knowledge of 2G/3G/4G KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Transmission equipment and exposure to Ericsson/ZTE equipment.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Customer-centric approach to network issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of telecom sites within the assigned MBU.
• Coordinate with Operations & Maintenance teams, vendors, Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain network performance.
• Monitor MBU performance and key KPIs across BSS, TXN and Power.
• Conduct audits and quality checks across domains.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for Management.
