AU Small Finance Bank is seeking a Manager MBL to drive business growth and manage relationships within the assigned area, with a focus on servicing existing clients. The role is field-based, involving extensive customer interactions, lead generation, and thorough documentation across sourcing to disbursement.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in BFSI, strong relationship and negotiation skills, and the ability to work across credit-related processes and MIS reporting.
