Trane Technologies plc in Hyderabad, Pakistan, seeks a Project Manager to lead data centre cooling/HVAC/chiller projects on-site at customer locations. You will oversee design review, installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring energy efficiency, reliability, and safety across mission-critical environments.

The role requires 8–15 years in HVAC project execution and knowledge of chiller plants, CRAH/CRAC, and BMS interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor0s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Additional certifications in HVAC, data centre design, or EHS are advantageous.
• 8–15 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of data centre cooling/HVAC projects from design review to handover.
• Coordinate with design consultants, MEP teams, OEMs, controls teams and vendors.
• Review drawings, specs, BOQs, and method statements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Ensure safety, quality, and energy efficiency in live mission-critical environments.
• Track scope, cost, timelines, risks, and change orders; report progress to stakeholders.
• Drive commissioning readiness and ensure proper documentation and handover.
