Job summary

One Network is seeking an HVAC Specialist to manage and optimize data center cooling infrastructure in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on uptime, thermal performance, and PUE optimization across critical facilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, RCFA, and leading cooling upgrades in a technically advanced environment with collaboration across facilities teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience supporting data center HVAC environments.
• Strong knowledge of precision cooling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on precision cooling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and cooling system faults.
• Apply thermodynamic principles including superheat, subcooling, and pressure management.
• Monitor environmental systems and cooling performance metrics.
• Manage Building Management System (BMS) alarms and responses.
• Conduct RCFA for equipment and incidents.
• Lead cooling infrastructure upgrades and deployment projects.
• Ensure optimal thermal management and PUE.
• Develop maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with facility and operations teams to support reliability.
