Job summary

Algronic is seeking a full-time maintenance-focused role to keep the factory running smoothly. You will perform regular maintenance on filling machines, sealers, and packaging lines, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.

You will supervise daily production, maintain compliance and records for audits (DRAP, ISO, GMP), ensure safety with PPE, exits, and fire extinguishers, and support training and growth opportunities.

• Solve electrical and mechanical problems
• Supervise workers & daily production
• Maintain compliance & logs for audits (DRAP, ISO, GMP)
• Follow safety rules and ensure PPE usage
