Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Pakistan seeks a Production Foreman to realize production and maintenance activities with minimal cost and maximum efficiency, aligned to the production plan and quality, manufacturing and safety standards.

You will lead operator development and trainings on quality, H&S, and procedures, assign daily work to meet production demands, and ensure proper use of SAP, TREX and pallet barcode systems while upholding GMP/6S rules.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent vocational training in an industrial field.
• Experience or training in quality, safety (H&S) and operation procedures.
• Familiarity with GMP and 6S practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and trainings on quality, H&S, operation procedures and instructions.
• Assess development areas and training needs.
• Make daily work distribution of the operators to meet production planning demands.
• Ensure machine, process and quality work instructions are followed for quality and efficient production.
• Manage product changes according to procedures.
• Perform maintenance of production lines and record breakdowns in line with procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness and order of the working area per GMP and 6S rules.
• Participate in internal audits and GMP practices and address nonconformities.
• Ensure wastes are separated and directed to waste areas.
• Maintain machine/equipment failure records in SAP and drive corrective actions.
• Place raw material and auxiliary material demands as needed.
• Ensure SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systems are used properly.
• Support operator development areas.
• Monitor annual leave and overtime for operators.

To realize production and maintenance activities with minimum cost and maximum efficiency in line with production plan and in accordance with quality, manufacturing and occupational safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and trainings on quality,H&S, operation procedures and instructions.
• Assess development areas and training needs.
• To make the daily work distribution of the operators to realize the demands from the production planning.
• Ensure that the machine, process and quality assurance work instructions and procedures are followed for quality and efficient production
• Manage the product changes according to the procedures.
• Perform daily, monthly and yearly maintenance of the production lines, solve the breakdowns and record them in accordance with the related procedures.
• Ensure cleaning and order of the working area in accordance with GMP and 6S rules.
• Participate in internal audit and GMP practices and to ensure corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
• Ensure that the wastes are separated at source and taken to waste areas
• Ensure that failure / stop records of the machinery and equipment are kept in SAP. Report nonconformities and take corrective and preventive action.
• Make necessary raw material, auxiliary material demands.
• Ensure SAP, TREX, pallet barcode systems are used properly.
• Follow and support the development areas of operators
• Follow the annual leave and overtime of the operators.
