Job summary

DWP Group seeks a retired Armed Forces officer to lead Administration, Industrial Relations, and Security for its Karachi Factory and warehouses. The role requires high discipline, strong security controls, and effective people management to support operations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a related field and 8+ years in admin roles within manufacturing, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Retired Armed Forces officer preferred with leadership background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour matters, security, facilities, and government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Administration, Industrial Relations, Security, and employee services for the factory and warehouses.
• Ensure discipline, security, access control, and protection of assets.
• Manage manpower administration, employee welfare, transportation, and related facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain liaison with Labour Department, EOBI, Social Security, Police, and other authorities.
• Oversee factory maintenance, housekeeping, safety, firefighting, and emergency preparedness.
• Monitor movement of materials and assets; conduct regular inspections.
