Job summary

People Perfect is seeking an experienced Manager Security & Administration for a luxury mixed-use property in Lahore. The role oversees security strategies, daily operations, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and administrative functions to ensure a safe and efficient environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years in Security & Administration, preferably with hospitality exposure or Pakistan Armed Forces background, and will manage CCTV, access control, fire safety, and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Security & Administration.
• Hospitality experience or Pakistan Armed Forces preferred.
• Experience managing security operations for hotels or mixed-use properties.
• Knowledge of hotel safety regulations and labor laws.
• Experience coordinating with police and emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and continuously improve security protocols and procedures.
• Oversee daily security operations including CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
• Lead crisis management, emergency evacuations, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.
• Organize regular security drills and emergency response training.
• Supervise administrative operations such as key management and parking.
• Prepare security performance reports and audit findings.
