Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience in compliant factory environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and fire safety.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to read machine manuals and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
• Manage full lifecycle of new facility projects from design to construction.
• Track milestones, maintain documentation, report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Communicate across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor tasks, procurement support, and contract adherence.
