Job summary

Zameen.com in Lahore is seeking a Manager Facility to keep our offices running smoothly, overseeing day-to-day operations, vendor management, telecom coordination, and asset maintenance.

You will own the administrative function, ensure timely payments, supervise security systems, travel and event coordination, and drive efficiency across facilities to support a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/administration or related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management or admin operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and planning abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and office software suites.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day activities to ensure accuracy, governance, and maintenance of company SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and telecom providers; manage records and approvals.
• Respond to colleagues, superiors, and clients in a cooperative, timely manner.
• Monitor site buildings and grounds for safety and standards.
• Ensure timely payments of utilities, petty cash, and rentals.
• Oversee repair and maintenance of offices, furniture, and equipment.
• Manage SIM issuance and telecom policy compliance.
• Supervise SIM-related issues, calls, data packages, and credit limits.
• Generate monthly billing reports and monitor usage to ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain MIS data (leavers, SIM issuance) and coordinate with HO on vehicle maintenance.
• Manage pool car requests; develop and sustain vendor relationships.
• Negotiate with vendors, assess products/services, and address concerns.
• Evaluate and improve current vendor programs; supervise meetings/events.
• Ensure travel requests per predefined TATs and optimize travel policies.
• Market analysis for travel rates and cost effectiveness; manage business cards printing/deliveries.
• Supervise security cameras and related equipment; oversee construction/renovation projects with safety compliance.
