Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking an Executive, Quality Assurance in the Human Resources department to monitor HR processes and ensure policy compliance. The role includes auditing HR documentation, verifying HRMS/HMIS data, and reporting on quality metrics.

The incumbent will identify gaps, maintain audit trails, and support improvements to raise accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across HR operations.

Job Description

The Executive, Quality Assurance will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating HR processes to ensure compliance with approved policies, SOPs, and IHHN’s standards. The role involves conducting quality checks of HR documentation and records, verifying HRMS/HMIS data accuracy, identifying process gaps, maintaining audit and compliance records, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. The incumbent will also prepare quality assurance reports, support internal and external audits, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance within the Human Resources Department.
