Job summary

PTCL is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor strategic ICT projects within approved scope, budget, and timelines. You will ensure governance, risk mitigation, and alignment with PTCL Group objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in telecom/ICT projects, a relevant engineering degree, and a PM certification. A hybrid work model is offered to support balance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, or network deployment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with approved scope, budget, and timeline and ensure timely completion.
• Execute projects within scope, budget, and schedule while monitoring progress.
• Manage stakeholders, ensure clear communication, and drive positive feedback.
• Control budgets and compare planned vs. actual costs to manage variances.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLA adherence, contracts, and timely procurement.
• Evaluate change requests and maintain quality to minimize impact on scope and cost.

Be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering strategic projects within the approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role ensures effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance compliance, and alignment with PTCL Group`s business objectives.

• Project Planning: Initiate projects with approved scope, budget, and timelines; ensure timely completion of project planning activities.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Deliver projects within approved timelines, budget, and scope while effectively monitoring project progress.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective stakeholder communication, address concerns, and ensure positive customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Budget & Cost Control: Ensure efficient budget utilization and monitor planned versus actual project costs to manage variances.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Monitor vendor performance, SLA compliance, contract adherence, and timely procurement and deliveries.
• Change & Quality Management: Evaluate and manage change requests while maintaining quality and minimizing impact on project scope, cost, and timelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, infrastructure, network deployment, or enterprise technology projects is preferred
