You will collaborate with multiple departments, identify bottlenecks, manage material shortages, support dispatch, and maintain production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Supply Chain) or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure execution of production plans on time.
• Conduct regular shop-floor visits to monitor production progress and resolve issues.
• Track performance against targets and report pending or completed jobs.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize production delays.
• Identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.
• Provide order status updates and communicate progress.
• Support dispatch planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor rework and corrective actions for quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure execution of production plans according to established targets and timelines
• Conduct regular shop-floor visits to monitor production progress, identify operational issues, and ensure timely completion of planned jobs
• Track actual production performance against planned targets and provide regular updates on pending, delayed, and completed jobs
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and minimize production delays.
• Monitor shop-floor activities to identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate order status updates and ensure timely communication regarding order progress and readiness.
• Support dispatch planning and follow up to facilitate timely delivery of completed orders.
