Job summary

PTCL Group is hiring for Customer Operations in the Quetta Sariab area, focusing on fiber deployment priorities, sales acceleration, and efficient team performance.

You will ensure accurate GIS/subscriber mapping, promote network safety, and drive timely fault rectification while maintaining high registration quality.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree with telecom, electrical or electronics focus.
• Experience in service standards and project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in telecom projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify priority fiber deployment areas and drive Flash Fiber sales/migrations.
• Motivate and engage the team; optimize resources and design organization structure.
• Maintain accurate subscriber mapping and GIS data; promote network safety and awareness.
• Oversee fault rectification and control of registration to meet MTTR targets.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

The Customer Operations position is critical for managing and overseeing business operations in the main Quetta Sariab area. The role focuses on identifying priority areas for fiber deployment, driving Flash Fiber sales and migrations, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing team performance through motivation, engagement, and training initiatives. It also involves ensuring effective organizational design, conducting regular performance review meetings, maintaining accurate subscriber mapping and GIS data, promoting network awareness and safety, and ensuring timely fault rectification while controlling registration quality and MTTR targets.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Identification of potential areas for priority Fiber Deployment Aggressive FF new sales and Migration Alignment/optimisation of resources for aggressive Flash Fiber Loading.


• Teams Motivation and Engagement activities.


• Optimise Organisation Design and team capability Technical & Soft Skills Training Programs.


• Monthly SM/BM/ABM meeting for assessment of progress.


• Ensure Subscriber mapping at DC and DP level & 100% GIS accuracy for order Auto feasibility.


• Awareness sessions & Identification of hazardous networks.


• Faults Rectification / Control of Registration & MTTR.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics etc)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience required.

Technical Competency:

• Service Standard implementation


• Proven Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders


• Experience in the field of Telecommunication and Project Management
