Job summary

Vorson is seeking an Events & Activations Executive to support planning and on-ground execution of client events and brand activations in Karachi. You will assist with logistics, coordinate with vendors, manage on-site execution, and help with post-event reporting.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in events or brand marketing, can travel for events, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. Flexible hours and travel are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in events, activations, or brand marketing (internships count).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for events.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning logistics for corporate events, activations, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with vendors for venue, equipment, and materials.
• Support on-ground execution and troubleshooting during events.
• Maintain event budgets and vendor payment records.
• Prepare post-event reports and documentation.
• Support setup/breakdown coordination on event day.
